  • we offer a variety of styles in our studio classes, encompassing both the yang and yin energies.

    classes are generally based in vinyasa, hatha, yin & restorative, as well as prenatal, postnatal, baby yoga & massage.

    classes are offered in person and online.

  • from 1:1 sessions to small group sessions. we can work to deepen your knowledge and personal practice with a class designed specifically for you.
